D.E.S. Primary School celebrated the prize distribution ceremony of its young sportsman at the Sports Competition Prize Distribution Ceremony. Students of both morning and afternoon shift showcased their skills in Mallakhamb (Pole and Rope), Gymnastics, Skating, Taekwondo, Silambam, and Yoga activities that promote physical health and discipline.

These activities are conducted throughout the year, preparing students for competitions at district, state, and national levels. So, school decided to conduct competitions for all the sports activities to nurture talent of champions in making. Winners of this school competition were honoured with medals and certificates and felicitated the students who excelled in sports at international and national level recognizing their hard work and dedication. These champs are gearing up for bigger challenges, and we're proud of their progress.

The event was graced by Mr. Atul Arunrao Shete (Assistant Police Inspector) and Miss Akanksha Amod Agnihotri (National level Lawn Tennis Player) respectively, along with dedicated coaches and referees who guided our young athletes. Their presence motivated students to excel in sports.

A big thank you to the management of D.E.S. and inspiring leadership of our Headmistress Mrs. Archana Dhanawade and our supervisors Mrs. Gracia D’Souza and Mrs. Simran Gujar to ensure that sports activities remain integral part of students schooling along with the academics. Kudos to all participants and winners!
