DES Primary School celebrated Deep Pujan with devotion and enthusiasm, marking the auspicious beginning of the festive season. The programme commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp, symbolising knowledge, positivity and the triumph of light over darkness.

The Headmistress, supervisors, students, teachers and school staff participated in the Deep Pujan. The celebration also helped students understand the cultural significance of Deep Pujan and the values of gratitude, togetherness and respect for our traditions. The programme concluded with prayers for happiness, prosperity and success for all. The celebration beautifully reflected the school’s commitment to nurturing both cultural values and holistic development among its students.
